This is a great opportunity for an entrepreneurial VP to capitalize on a strong brand and product base to build and scale a high performing team. The Senior Director of Account Management will be responsible for leading a team of front line managers who focus on growing existing customer sales across ZoomInfo’s install base base.

Reporting to the VP of Account Management This person will meet sales targets by having the ability to lead from the front, hold an organization accountable to a forecast and everyday sales metrics. This person will serve as an escalation point for customer deals, and will work hand in hand with cross-functional leaders to continue to scale the organization and the processes which support it.

Reports to: VP Account Management 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize bookings within ZoomInfo’s customer base
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings/net retention targets through effective leadership
  • Lead, organize, and aggregate the agenda for weekly/monthly team meetings across multiple office locations. Communicate priorities, goals, challenges and provide cross-functional stakeholders the opportunity to do the same
  • Collaborate and develop new strategies to drive efficiency and automated communication/programs/demand strategies into the customer base with ZoomInfo’s Customer Success, Operations, Marketing, and Account Management functions.
  • Hold managers and individual contributors accountable to pipeline management, weekly forecast roll-ups, and other proactive management of the business.
  • Provide weekly updates to executive leadership
  • Performance plan management for under performormers.
  • Grow team member count by 30% in FY’20
  • Perform other duties as a member of DiscoverOrg’s Executive Team
  • Get results quickly, but know that you’ll have the resources needed to get them
  • Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of successful enterprise sales experience, preferably in the SaaS or technology industries selling to large enterprise customer types
  • Previous experience leading a sales team; overattaining month, quarter, and annual goals
  • Experience with being hands on in the training, development and on-boarding of growing teams
  • Can operate in large, complex, matrixed organizations
  • Be data driven in all that you do, while being supported by one of the most data driven companies in technology
  • Able to provide high degree mentorship and skill development to both individual contributors and front line managers
  • Previous experience developing and maintaining relationships at the C-level, both internally with ZoomInfo’s team and externally with clients
  • Ability to spin up a team, strategy, plan, and put forth initial execution steps in a matter of weeks
  • Bachelor’s Degree
