Sales Enablement will be responsible for leading and managing sales activities that ensure our sellers possess the skills and knowledge needed to effectively meet the Intrado strategic objectives. Sales Enablement will align people, processes and priorities to increase sales results and productivity by providing integrated content, training and coaching services for salespeople and front-line sales managers along the entire customers buying journey, leveraging technology.Primary ResponsibilitiesSupport the creation and deployment of appropriate training, content/sales messaging, processes, practices, forms, and tools to support the sales force.Provide organizational support for product launches by preparing and enabling the sales force to understand and sell our solutions.Aid in managing the aspects of foundational and continuous learning programs for sales, including drafting and messaging training content, scheduling and coordination of training, execution and deployment of on-demand courseware, and instructor-led sales training.Provides organizational and planning support for frontline sales managers and sales leadership team in executing effective management disciplines and establishing a sales coaching program.Manages various sales enablement projects and coordinates sales enablement activities.Knowledge, Skill and AbilityKnowledge of sales training best practices (instructional design, delivery, implementation, and evaluation).Knowledge of modern sales methodologies, sales process, and buyers journey alignment.Knowledge of sales management best practices, including pipeline management and developmental sales coaching.Ability to manage projects from concept to completion.Ability to plan and organize meetings.Strong strategic and analytical thinking.Adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change.Developed and effective written communication skills.Ability to collaborate and generate a spirit of cooperation while coordinating diverse activities and groups within a team environment.


Background, Experience and EducationBachelors degree or higher required. Minor or advanced degree in business preferred.Minimum of 3+ years sales experience with Enterprise Customers.1-2 years of direct experience in Sales Enablement and/or Sales Training required.
