Responsibilities and Duties:Receive full merchant services product trainingRecruiting Sales Reps in your territory allowing you to build a teamAbility to train, develop, motivate & manage your direct reportsManage and grow a territory running appointments, lead generation, partnering and networking with small and medium-sized businessesAnalyze prospects' and clients' merchant information through our consultative sales approachRecommend both merchant services and point of sale technology to meet your client's needsWe reward hard work and over achievement with bonuses and incentivesEarn unlimited commissions through residual income
Qualifications and Skills:B2B sales experience or Merchant Services sales preferredProduction Driven Managerial SkillsAbility to lead by motivation while sustaining our positive cultureExperience in face to face, business-to-business prospecting and developing sales opportunities through referrals from existing customers as well as networking within the business communityProven outside sales track record in high contact, short sales cycle, business to business sales modelExperience in true consultative sales process with experience negotiating pricingEntrepreneurial spirit with the ability to cultivate self-sourced opportunitiesAbility to consistently meet and exceed sales expectationsMust be able to communicate to prospects and clients in simple and valuable terms, mathematical concepts, complex technology, and various processing solutions
