SurgeryLink is seeking a? Founding Investor and Regional VP of Sales who is passionate about healthcare and possesses an entrepreneurial spirit to join a dynamic healthcare start-up. The ideal candidate must exhibit great pride and confidence in their work and demonstrate a history of selling Surgical Devices or Software Solutions to the surgeon practices, hospitals, surgery centers, device manufactures and other surgery service providers.? Note: This position requires purchase of SurgeryLink common stock. ? What You?ll Do: ? ? ? ? ? Present solutions to ASC's or Hospitals or Device Manufactures using appropriate sales? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?approaches and techniques, including team and/or consultative presentations/efforts. ? ? ? ? ? Close a variety of deals involving multiple level stakeholders. ? ? ? ? ? ?Partner with sales leadership to identify and evaluate market opportunities and potential? ? ? ? ? ? ?to establish and achieve annual sales objectives. ? ? ? ? ? Utilize your current network to open revenue pockets while building new business ? ? ? ? ? Develop a pipeline of sales opportunities and execute on those opportunities. ? ? ? ? ? Adaptive, innovative, and a team leader. ? Who We?re Looking For: ? ? ? ? ? ? Ideal candidate will be located in a home office within a major metropolitan area. ? ? ? ? ? Must have experience selling within the Clinical or Surgical Space. ? ? ? ? ? ? Demonstrated experience managing complex sales cycles and negotiating agreements? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?based on value based selling. ? ? ? ? ? Established relationships in assigned territory. ? ? ? ? ? Experience preparing and delivering formal proposals/presentations. ? ? ? ? ? Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and strong computer skills. ? ? ? ? ? History of outstanding achievements and proven sales skills. ? ? ? ? ? Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal skills; Very adaptive, innovative, and? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?results driven. ? ? ? ? ? Strong work ethic and customer focus are required. ? ? ? ? ? Strong CRM experience (i.e. Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
