**Providence Saint Joseph Health is calling a Director, Network Sales Development to Provider Solutions Development (PS D) in Seattle, WA, Portland, OR, or Southern CA.**
**In this position you will have the following responsibilities:**
+ As a key member of our team, you will shape and mold strategies for current and future commercial growth, while ensuring that our sales team is poised and ready to deliver sales services and functions in an industry-defying way.
+ We believe in investing in our people. You will get to shape how our team organizes its' sales services, allowing us to scale, thrive, play in thoughtful, innovative creative ways.
+ We love new things being smart about what we use. You will help us find implement sales tools technologies to make sure we are always innovating how we get things done, whether delivering superior sales experience or rolling out new streams of business.
+ We are constantly innovating iterating on our role as a key market disruptor. You will partner with all other leaders on the team to ensure that our sales team and commercial operations teams have the right tools to do their work daily to execute on future growth.
+ We have an exciting roadmap to the future, which includes aggressive growth plans multiple initiatives to get us there. You will be responsible for keeping us on track from a sales perspective for growing our sales team to ensure we are adequately resourced to exceed expectations, whether from caregivers, partners, or board members.
+ You have a team of high-performing salespeople who expect you to blow them away at least once a week with a bold, new idea. You choose them wisely, grow them heartily, and otherwise ensure that you have their back, knowing they've got yours.
**Required qualifications for this position include:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business or related fields or 12 years Executive Sales Leadership experience
+ 8 years experience in similar positions
+ 4 years managing people
+ Experience building and executing on sales tools programs.
+ Experience developing high performing teams and functions
**Preferred qualifications for this position include:**
+ Masters Degree
+ Experience with SmartSheet, Microsoft Products, Strategic Planning Resources/Systems Avature
