We're looking for a highly motivated and curious Director, Enterprise Sales! This is a key role on our team to develop new opportunities in our growing California segment.

? Identify and close (full sales cycle responsibility) new logo opportunities in our California direct sales region.
? Utilizing a solutions-based sales process. Be prepared to uncover business pains, articulate ROI and deliver customized product demonstrations to help prospects understand the importance of embracing the digital evolution and e-commerce style of candidate engagement.
? Identify, build and nurture strategic executive level relationships in Enterprise organizations
? 2-5 years-experience in SaaS sales roles
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
? Self-motivated, driven and results oriented
? High energy
? Ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative team environment
? Direct experience working within the HR/Recruiting environment a major plus
? Working knowledge of Salesforce.com a plus
? Undergraduate degree (BA/BS) Preferred
