THE HOURS FOR THIS POSITION ARE:
Monday ? Thursday 12pm-8pm
This position is responsible for establishing new customer contacts and building on existing relationships by providing consultative sales direction on all of the organization?s products and services, adhering to service and sales standards.
II. Principal Responsibilities
Identifies customer needs by providing complete and accurate information, making referrals, direct sales, cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
Logs on to Sales ACD line to originate new business, open deposit accounts and accept loan applications for new and existing customers.
Responds to customers through a variety of delivery channels including telephone, internet and e mail.
Utilizes inbound call center technology, systems, supporting marketing and promotional campaigns to meet individual sales goals.
Develops and maintains working knowledge of internal policies, procedures, products, services and sales techniques.
High School diploma or equivalency required.
0-2 years relevant experience.
Additional Job Requirements:
Familiarity with bank products and services
Ability to develop and maintain working knowledge of products, services, internal policies, procedures and sales techniques.
Effective written and verbal skills are necessary to provide courteous and professional customer service. Ability to listen to identify customer needs and sell appropriate products and services.
Organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary to perform tasks efficiently and accurately.
Proficiency in basic PC skills. The ability to learn word processing, spreadsheets, internet and industry standard applications.
Ability to work with a team.
