Responsibilities:

New Business

Works to develop new business.

Prospects and qualifies potential new salons to work with for all NF brands, ensuring new business goals are met monthly

Comp Business

Builds relationships with customers by conducting needs analysis and implementing and creating sales plans.

Recommends products and services in order to meet customer needs and sales targets.

Conducts business meetings and Salon Owner/Staff meetings to increase sales and opportunities through the introduction of new products, existing products, and the creation and implementation of SalonSpa success strategies.

Travels throughout the assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to promote and close sales of all NF opportunities.

Training and Certification

Teaches product knowledge, coaches on behavior and best practices per each NF brand.

Provides technical education, certification, and trouble-shooting as necessary and according to education calendar.

Coaches domain champions to monitor and coach retail and product strategies, teach product knowledge and market NF brands.

Responsibilities Continued:

Works closely with the Brand Manager to support customer communication and growth.

Partners with ISDP to support customer communication and growth.

Maintains and updates customer files (physical and/or electronic files).

Travels to participate in industry functions and conferences (including but not limited to Serious Business, Aveda Congress).

General Requirements:

Experienced and licensed stylist; experienced with hair extensions as a category, and ideally with VoMor as a brand.

Experience with the Aveda brand and culture.

Experienced as a Salon Owner or Salon Manager/Coach.

Previous education and training experience.

Ability and desire to travel 85% of time including weekends. Ability to spend non-travel business days in the Hammond HQ.

Knowledge of and effective use of the following applications. Internet, e-mail, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Adobe Acrobat Reader and laptop use.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
