IMSA Properties seeks a talented professional to join our team in the position of SebringFront Gate Cashier responsiblefor event ticket sales at the entry gates to the Sebring International Raceway.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Customer service greeting customers and providing them with friendly customer service and a pleasant experience.
Taking payment from customers for ticket sales in the form of cash or credit card and delivering the customer the correct ticket/parking pass from inventory assigned to Cashier.
Manage ticket and parking pass inventory throughout shift, communicating with Cashier Lead when a particular item is low and needs additional inventory.
With Lead Cashier, after shift, reconcile their lock box and tickets sold from their inventory.
Review Final ticket reconciliation report for signature as Seller.
Other duties may be assigned.
Travel required 0%
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one (1) to three (3) months related experience and/or training in customer service and sales; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Position handles cash and credit cards; credit check required.
