We are hiring a Senior Director to lead the Training & Development team focused on Continuing Education for Sales and Client Success. This function is responsible for ensuring our client facing teams are developing the skills and knowledge needed to be successful in their current role, and prepare them for the next position. We are looking for a strategic and operational leader who will manage a large global team dedicated to improving the performance of our Sales and Client Success teams. We are seeking candidates who have relevant experience in a fast paced environment, excellent communication and leadership skills and a strong desire to be a part of one of the fastest growing internet companies in the recruitment space. The Sr. Director, Sales and Client Success Training & Development will lead multiple global and regional teams focused on segment specific sales and service curriculum design, product and systems/tools expertise and certification, facilitation and learning tools. The ideal candidate must be culturally sensitive and familiar with global market variations in order to deliver training effectively. This role reports into the VP, Global Sales and CS Enablement and is part of Indeed's Sales organization. Responsibilities: Directly manage senior leaders that oversee global teams of Senior Managers, Managers, Strategists, Senior Specialists, Specialists and Associates across 3 regions and 9 markets. Lead the planning, design, implementation and delivery of global training programs for Inside and Enterprise Sales, and Shared and Dedicated Client Success teams. Collaborate with Sales and Client Success Leadership to assess needs related to training and development in order to execute on time sensitive requests and build long-term strategy. Partner closely with other departments (Sales Strategy - Global Product Commercialization, Sales Effectiveness and Enterprise Sales Strategy, and HR - Employee Development) to identify gaps and opportunities in current training offerings and develop and deliver Sales and Client Success training programs. Work closely with other Global Sales and Client Success Enablement teams (Client Insights, Onboarding, Leadership Development and Operations & Effectiveness) to ensure alignment on priorities and leverage support resources. Oversee and evolve the Sales and Client Success Training and Development Continuing Education organization with a specific focus on the creation of curriculum, development and maintenance of content, facilitation and management of learning tools to support role, product and tool expertise for Indeed Sales and Client Success teams globally. Inform the metrics and reporting needed to measure success and impact of programs. Drive strategies targeted at innovating our content, delivery and reinforcement that incorporates a blended approach for effective learner engagement, retention and application. Design the operational processes to support ongoing changes to our business with speed and accuracy. About you. Requirements 10+ years of combined work experience in Sales and/or Client Success, Sales Enablement and Training & Development. 6+ years of proven Sales (enterprise, SMB, channel) success preferred 6+ years experience managing or leading large teams Experience in a global setting, managing or leading teams across different markets, cultures and languages. Bachelor's Degree required, MBA preferred Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint and Excel and Google docs Advanced oral, written, and presentation skills Demonstrated ability to take initiative and be proactive Strong attention to detail and proven ability to multitask effectively Online recruitment experience preferredSalary Range: NAMinimum Qualification11 - 15 years
