We are currently seeking a Learning & Training Manager to be located in Stamford, CT and report to the Group Manager & Sales Lead, Learning & Training. The primary responsibilities will include: * Create, Build and Train Sales Content designed to improve the Retail Sales Teams Capabilities * Lead the technology to accomplish this via an LMS System (Preferred Cornerstone), Authoring Software (Preferred Articulate) and Collaboration Tool (Preferred Adobe Connect) * Manage the Functional Onboarding Program for Sales Associates * Engage with Business to scope learning needs and design content / programs that meet their needs Key qualifications include: * Travel: 5% * Years of experience: 3-6 years L&T, sales experience a plusSalary Range: NAMinimum QualificationLess than 5 years
