Job Summary

The Injectable Territory Manager will be responsible for delivering consistent performance results in sales achievement, territory market development and strategic objectives in the ethical and compliant promotion and sales of the Merz Aesthetics Injectable product portfolio within a defined geographical area.

Essential Functions
  • Contact, visit, and sell clients and potential clients on company s injectable products while addressing client questions or concerns.
  • Coordinate any additional resources necessary to meet client s needs.
  • Develop and execute a territory business plan.
  • Utilize territory reports to identify emerging trends and strategize accordingly.
  • Manage territory budget.
  • Execute the sales process effectively, ensuring minimum lead generation/closing requirements are met for device counterparts.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Experience
  • BA/BS is required.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years' sales experience is required.
  • Professional image and influential.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Ability to forge strong relationships with clients and utilize client relationships to increase portfolio penetration.
  • Ability to understand and explain economic value as well as clinical performance comparison.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Willing to travel 50% of the time within specified territory.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5-8 years\u0027 sales experience is required.
