Job description Responsible for the training of sales representatives and in-house personnel within Trauma division. The three main areas of focus will be the enrichment of selling skills, product knowledge, and clinical comprehension within the orthopedic trauma market. Provide leadership and guidance on the planning and execution of all training globally. Develop strategy and direction to measure and ensure learning transfer and the continued advancement of the Global Training Department.
Develop sales and clinical curriculum from scratch
Ensure the proper implementation of product curriculum into the training process
Develop material and train on competitive differentiation
Conduct research to determine strategies for future development
Develop a field based training program that will supplement in-house training
Design curriculum that will enhance the learning process
Implement competency based training curriculum
Facilitate training classes for the duration of a course
Drive program acceptance within the sales organization
Design and implement evaluation metrics to produce results on training effectiveness
Plan and manage annual training budget
Adhere to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies. Ensure Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role.
Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties of Globus.
Orthopedic trauma background is a must.
BA or BS in a life science, education or business discipline.
Previous training experience is a plus.
Exemplary communication, listening, and facilitation skills.
Well organized and detail oriented.
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
