What You'll Do
We are currently seeking a Territory Sales Manager to manage the sales efforts and operations for the New Jersey and Pennsylvania area. In this role you will: Identify and develop opportunities within the territory that help grow overall sales for the company, which could involve working with a national or regional account. Develop, plan, and execute a strategic sales plan for the Racquet Sports Specialty Channel. Maximize in-person contact and sales call coverage with assigned accounts, colleges, universities, high schools, travel organizations, and leagues. Recruit and manage high visibility teaching pros to enhance the promotion of Wilson Racquet Sports. Increase Wilson?s brand presence and image with customers and consumers through promotional activity. Develop and create best in class consumer experiences (demo/trial/instore) Develop annual business plan designed to deliver account objectives of assigned accounts. Proactively seek out and develop new business partners and accounts strategically within territory. Keep Regional Manager informed of trade related information on an ongoing basis. Develop and maintain great working relationships with key personnel in each account. Develop layouts/merchandising concepts for accounts to ensure distribution/merchandising objectives are met. Complete all reports and records on a timely basis. Collaborate and share best practices with teammates Prepare and review each account?s performance in a business review each quarter.
What We're Looking For
