Sales ManagerThe Junkluggers and sister company Remix Market is a fun, vibrant, fast-growing and purpose-driven national franchise that focuses on saving items from landfills, giving back to local charities, and wowing our customers.
We are looking for a full-time Sales Manager to buckle up and join the ride at our corporate headquarters in Stamford, CT! Our office environment is personal and fun and while we are an established company with 15 years under our belt, some of the best and most exciting growth years are just on the horizon, and we need your help! Then please keep reading! ?Our Sales Manager may be either a seasoned professional or someone who has only some sales training experience but is highly motivated and eager to learn.
The role is pretty straightforward, responsibilities will include:Purpose of Role:The initial goal is to WIN every ounce of possible business for our franchise partners, from the tens of thousands of warm leads already coming into our sales (call) center annually.Over time, the goal of this role is to develop into training and improving sales and conversion rates throughout the various other parts of our company.Responsibilities
* Help develop and learn the sales program cold, with a focus on our sales (call center) to begin.
* Teach it to others.
* Hold regular training meetings to continually train and support others.
* Role play with salespeople directly to see how they are doing and to help develop them to their fullest potential.
* Ask about their appointments each day - challenges and outcomes, and coach them.
* Celebrate sales success- create a culture of winning.
* Recruit more salespeople as needed.
* Work directly with the entire sales (call) center team, including the current supervisor, shift leaders and all sales agents (directly) within the group.
Currently we have 13 full time agents, and expect to grow by 50 percent every 12 months.
* The focus of the role originally will be focused on consistently training our Inbound/Outbound Sales Center (call center).
Over time, we seek to expand the reach of this role to train people throughout our other departments and franchise locations!Compensation/Benefits:
* Base Salary - $60,000 - $80,000 (based on experience/results already achieved)
