Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
(Essential Functions)
1. Manage both selling to existing segments and market development for new markets and products.
2. Management of sales department growth via various paths; direct selling, representative network, and distribution network.
3. Oversees and directs sales policies, goal setting objectives and initiatives.
4. Sets short and long-term sales strategies and evaluates the effectiveness of current sales programs.
5. Works with Marketing and R&D departments to create enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
6. Manages the department sub-functions and develops budgets, policies, and procedures to support the function of the infrastructure.
7. Deep knowledge of customers and markets are essential.
8. This is a director position, but also very hands-on in direct selling and contact with the entire sales process.

As well as product and market expansion, our greatest goals are to create relationships with our customers and continually improve value to the customer. The markets we work in are the architectural and automotive glass, however, knowledge of and ability to develop markets on other substrates and uses is a huge requirement. If you have a passion for learning about new markets and application opportunities, this could be an excellent fit for you. This position collaborates with a team of people, from outside representatives to the CEO of the company. We will provide you with an opportunity to help shape the direction we go and you will be able to use your experience to sell and promote products that help innovate glass products as well as provide green and healthy products to loyal customers. This is an accountant position. Works with a team of three other people, including the CFO, who handle various accounting functions. This position also entails some customer service, phone answering, and helping customers with orders.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Examining bank statements and reconciling them with general ledger entries.
2. Examining expenses submitted by an employee.
3. Keeping an eye on incoming payments from AR and outgoing payments from AP.
4. Creating company financial reports with the above information included.
5. Analyzing data collected to determine the state of the company's financial health.
6. Analyzing data to understand where the company is generating and losing revenue.
7. Examining the proficiency of the software programs used to organize data.
8. Producing financial reports that display the company's profits, equity, and cash flow.
Requirements:
Degrees: Accounting, Business studies, Economics, Management, CPA
