Responsibilities include managing all HPD's commercial racing activities for assigned program(s). Manage series partner relationships and program market integrity, car sales and customer service, maintain and report on standard business metrics related to sales, inventory, competitive benchmarking, and program growth. Create and validate processes to streamline internal functioning and improve customer service and foster cross-functional department cooperation to ensure program(s) customer appeal and profitability.

Requirements includes a bachelor's degree in engineering with 5 years of experience in professional motorsport team and/or program management/leadership. Racing experience with an OEM is a plus. Must be technically proficient with engine mechanicals and management systems as well as data acquisition. Must have an understanding of fundamental business, marketing and sales concepts and be able to understand/support BoM management. Ability to build long-term relationships with customers, business partners and sanctioning bodies/series promoters. Achieving high customer satisfaction is high priority and key to job success.

The position requires accuracy and attention to detail. Must be flexible and adaptable, have strong negotiation skills within areas of business and technical discussion. Good verbal and written skills and ability to be self-structured with minimal supervision. Ability to travel and work weekends. Ability to effectively communicate with customers and partners of all personalities. Can handle confidential information including design content, customer information (including credit card) and detailed financial portfolios. Ability to work in a team environment and have professional presentation and appearance. Physical demands requirements includes bending and lifting up to 25 lbs.
