Seeking a top sales professional who can build rapport and close deals!
Globalized Realty Group is a growing real estate investment company focusing on the purchase, sale, and renovation of residential real estate.We are not a conventional real estate shop - this candidate will be focused on off-market acquisitions by purchasing houses directly from homeowners.
A driven, self-motivated person is a must as you will not be micromanaged. We pay for all marketing and put property owner leads in your lap, your focus will be to build rapport with these leads, follow-up consistently, and get the deal closed.
Compensation: 10% commission (est. $60,000 - $100,000+ annually, uncapped).
--- Going on appointments and building relationships/rapport with potential sellers at their houses
--- Presenting offers, negotiating with sellers and closing deals
--- Continuous follow up with seller leads and outstanding offers
--- Analyzing potential acquisitions and reviewing with the team, including purchase price, sale price, and estimating a rehab budget
--- Maintaining the CRM (Zoho) to keep up to date with all new prospective sellers and lead activity
--- Identify homes that appear in distress, locate and make contact with owner
--- Work closely and collaborate with inside sales team
--- Must have strong experience with closing sales and overcoming objections
--- Consistent and proven track record of closing new business on the first meeting
--- Excellent rapport builder with a direct selling style
--- Must have exceptional listening and problem-solving skills
--- Must have a hunter's mentality and also be willing to bring business to the team as well
--- Ability to follow up for multiple weeks in case home visit does not produce a contract
--- Be a team player who thrives working with a tight knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line
--- Real estate experience not required
