This is an account management support position for the?GLOBALFOUNDRIES? business partner network, and is an excellent introduction to the systems, customers, and technologies in the semiconductor industry. Small and emerging customers access GF?s technologies through a network of partners meant to streamline the complex flow needed to tapeout semiconductor products.The account manager supports the business partners and their end customers to make their products successful.
Essential Responsibilities :
?Sales account interface with customer and internally with business team, product management, fab operations/engineering, finance/pricing team and other internal support teams.
?Manage all aspects of the customer engagement interaction with GF systems, including CRM tools, non-disclosure agreements, technical documents, etc.
?Monitor factory performance on key customer indices and initiate corrective action programs as needed together with factory counterparts to meet KPI
?Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
Required Qualifications :
?Bachelor?s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Business?or Relevant?Discipline
?2-4 Years Relevant Experience
?Prior Experience interfacing with Customers (Direct and Indirect)
?Language Fluency ? English (Written & Verbal)
?Travel ? 10-15% of time
?Master?s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or commensurate technical discipline
?Highly organized and able to operate with minimal oversight
?Strong aptitude for IT tools and systems
?Experience and knowledge of the fabless semiconductor industry and its systems
?Educational and/or prior work experience in project management
?Creative in coming up with new and more efficient ways of managing multiple projects
