Producing Sales Managers and Financial Advisors - Multiple Openings Private Broker Dealer experiencing rapid growth and looking to add talented FA’s to their branch network in New York, Jersey City, Philadelphia, Orlando, Houston, Dallas and Beverly Hills, CA. Candidate quality requirements:
1. T12 of $300K and above with AUM that fairly represents this level of business 2. Evidence of growth potential in the book of business.
3. A stable and positive FINRA history.4. The desire and ability to grow lead flow independently. The company will supply lead flow and the individual who thrives on operating as a self starter will benefit most from our open architecture and private, family owned work environment.5. Our candidate will be interested in the opportunity to earn a greater percentage payout on his or her gross production.6.
