~ The Assistant Manager, Sales Analysis will provide analytical and operational support for Genesis sales programs on weekly bases. This position will support the Senior Group Manager, Sales Operations and the field organization by providing up to date competitive analysis and program recommendations on weekly bases. We would expect this individual to take a creative approach and support the brand s unique vision and mission in the development of the monthly programs.Major Responsibilities:
~ Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis for Genesis sales strategy
~ Interface with regional management to develop market-level programs
~ Analyze sales trends and competitor retail programs to identify region and market level opportunities
~ Prepare metro market regional business intelligence reports for executive review
~ Build a live database tracking competitive trends
~ Support field staff in resolving dealer inquiries and issuesAuthority:
~ Analyze the luxury vehicle experience and recommend targeted programs to support the achievement of sales goals commensurate with the premise of the Genesis brand.
~ Back up and support the sales operations department as required.Education:
~ Bachelor s degree required.
~ Master s degree preferredRelated Experience:
~ Four plus years of automotive OEM or auto finance company experience. Luxury OEM or automotive field experience preferred.
~ Strong analytics & process background.
~ SAP, Excel, & data modeling experience.
~ Forecasting & regression analysis experience preferred.Skill/Knowledge:
~ Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
~ Excellent written and oral communication skills. Must have highly effective verbal and written skills.
~ Excellent organizational skills.
~ Excellent time management skills.
~ Strong computer skills Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook.Physical requirements:
~ Normal office duties.
