Outside Sales Representative

Our client, an industry leader in HR software and payroll processing, is looking to add an Outside Sales Representative to their growing team in Austin, TX.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Meet with entrepreneurs and small business owners to sell employee-related services such as payroll, employee benefits, human resources, and workers’ compensationOptimize an assigned geographic territory by profiling & hunting prospective clientsSell within an assigned territory to cultivate new revenue opportunities both by working with the software end-user (payroll & HR administrators) and economic buyers (CFO’s, CEO’s, Controller’s, etc.)Develop relationships with “Centers of Influence” to drive referralsBe competitive, disciplined, persistent, resilient, driven to succeed, passionate about helping people, and have the hunger to find, nurture, and close new business opportunitiesBe part of a supportive team that celebrates each other’s success and has the drive to consistently exceed goals
Requirements:Bachelor's Degree.1-5 years of sales experience preferred.Passion for learning and personal growth.Exceptional listening and questioning skills.Strong desire to succeed.
