Our client, an industry leader in HR software and payroll processing, is looking to add an Outside Sales Representative to their growing team in Austin, TX.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Meet with entrepreneurs and small business owners to sell employee-related services such as payroll, employee benefits, human resources, and workers’ compensation
  • Optimize an assigned geographic territory by profiling & hunting prospective clients
  • Sell within an assigned territory to cultivate new revenue opportunities both by working with the software end-user (payroll & HR administrators) and economic buyers (CFO’s, CEO’s, Controller’s, etc.)
  • Develop relationships with “Centers of Influence” to drive referrals
  • Be competitive, disciplined, persistent, resilient, driven to succeed, passionate about helping people, and have the hunger to find, nurture, and close new business opportunities

  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 1-5 years of sales experience preferred.
  • Passion for learning and personal growth.
  • Exceptional listening and questioning skills.
  • Strong desire to succeed.
