You will also be responsible for providing sales leadership to implement the company's sales strategy by leading team of inside sales reps, who are responsible for maintaining customer relationships and driving new business. The successful candidate will possess strong experience in sales, sales management, and sales training and the ability to create and maintain accurate monthly, quarterly and annual gross profit forecasts and plans. Job Requirements 5+ years of Sales experience, Technology Sales experience preferred 5 years of management experience preferred Creating and assisting with team trainings Managing individual and team activity goals KPI's Providing professional development for team Developing placing members of the team on performance plans Strategies and forecasting for the team Conducting meetings with outside sales team members Participating in meetings helping to close deals Developing maintaining positive relationships with key manufacturing partners Hiring and recruiting to build the team based on needs of each projects Maintains relations with Purchasing, Operations Accounting to assist team members with escalating issues Participates in deal review Combine, review, and validate weekly and monthly reports for submission Monitor monthly progress against sales forecast and gross profit targets using a 306090 funnel and forecasting methodology Review AR reports weekly Bachelor's degree preferred BonusSoft Skills Able to work out of the company office location in Los Angeles Proven track record of quota over-achievement Dynamic presenter with the ability to translate technical thoughts to everyday language Must have excellent communication, interpersonal, troubleshooting and customer service skills Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple projects at once Proactive approach to organization and problem solving Be a part of the ConsultNet difference.
