The **Executive Administrative Assistant for Medicare Sales** is responsible for providing a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
**_Work Locations (can be in one of these offices):_**
+ General administrative support performs complex administrative duties, including the management and tracking of licensing, appointment and certification for all call center agents.
+ Manage and update telesales SharePoint site and telesales communication email box
+ Manage foam board updates and wallboard monitors
+ Order supplies for each call center and for each agent, manage inventory
+ Print/collate/ distribute training materials for each call center location
+ Complete all arrangements for new departmental employees (secures technical assets such as computer and mobile phone, requests system access, coordinates real estate or work at home needs)
+ Process expense reports and invoices; handle mail, faxes and copying as needed; maintain department phone and email distribution lists; maintain department organizational charts and properly store legal agreements.
+ Run ad hoc reports as necessary
+ Requires adept working knowledge of Pivotal
+ Requires high level Excel and PowerPoint skills
+ Assist department leader with presentations and reports
+ Manage department budget, including submission of monthly accruals
+ Perform other support functions on an as-needed basis
+ 5 or more years related experience
+ High school graduate/equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred
+ Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
+ Proficient at Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
+ High degree of flexibility required
+ Good interpersonal skills
+ Good organizational skills
+ Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision
+ Detail oriented
+ Ability to communicate effectively
