Sales Executive needed to design, develop and deploy sales strategies and action plans required to secure targeted revenue for Change Healthcare analytics and other RelayAssurance add-on solutions and services (multi-specialty). Responsible for coordinating and managing all supporting business unit resources for the purpose of developing sales plans, performing opportunity analysis and assessment, and executing targeted sales strategies. Target market will be new hospital market and the existing customer base. The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and closing new opportunities or up-selling into existing accounts by demonstrating the value proposition of solutions. This role sells in a matrix organization and is collaborating with other sales channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Responsibilities

  • Identifying opportunities to sell solutions into net new and existing customers
  • Conducting sales presentations
  • Collaborating with other sales channels and account management
  • Maintaining deep understanding of solution set
  • Secondary Responsibilities

  • Provisioning of sales reports and prospect reports
  • Identifying cross-selling opportunities within accounts
  • Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years sales experience
  • Critical Skills Required:

  • Demonstrated experience selling into C-Suite within hospital systems
  • Revenue Cycle knowledge/experience (certification preferred HFMA)
  • Additional K nowledge / Skills:

  • Working knowledge of healthcare information systems
  • New business sales acumen (hunter vs. farmer)
  • Proficient at executing when experiencing multiple competing priorities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to build relationships across the organization and collaborate as necessary to accomplish goals
  • Maintain SME level industry and product knowledge
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Education:

    Degree or equivalent experience

    Working Conditions:

  • Environment Office environment, up to 80% travel required.
  • Physical Requirements Sitting, standing, walking, and using key board.
