The primary purpose of this position is ownership of the sales process: its implementation, compliance governance and execution in Salesforce. In addition, the Sales Operations Specialist owns sales reporting and analysis of all aspects of the Sales operation including pipeline, performance metrics, trends, forecasting and opportunities at team, regional and global levels. This includes providing management with a complete picture of business performance for the whole sales division including but not limited to sales, renewals and professional services. This position will provide exceptional service to all customers both internal and external; ensuring ongoing satisfaction and retention and representing CIS in a professional and courteous manner. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related field 3+ years sales operations experience as related to the duties above A great attitude and strong desire for success Familiar with Salesforce Excellent communication and reporting skills Must be authorized to work in the United States *Additional years of relevant experience or a combination of an Associates degree or equivalent and relevant experience may be substituted for the Bachelors degree.
