Position Summary Our Cincinnati Center of Excellence is hiring an Inside Sales Digital Solutions Manager. The ideal incumbent will represent CDK in an assigned territory by selling a value based online advertising solution to automotive clients. The Inside Digital Sales Manager will grow existing accounts, prospect for new opportunities through phone calling, speaking with decision makers to analyze their needs and effectively deliver value added solutions. Their primary focus will be to ensure new revenue, customer retention, customer satisfaction and loyalty are achieved. Position Responsibilities & Essential FunctionsResponsible for growing new revenue by successfully prospecting business via cold calling and developing relationshipsEffectively present CDK products through a consultative selling approachConsistently meet or exceed sales quotas Manage territory activity to optimize opportunities with dealers and dealer groupsImprove customer retention by educating the customer on how to better leverage and utilize CDK products and toolsEnsure current customer satisfaction by responding quickly and accurately to problems, concerns, or needs.Maintain a high level customer service Work cross functionally to help meet and maintain CDK customer service standards, ensuring a smooth transition from sale to service. Actively manage pipeline by maintaining timely, detailed accurate records in Salesforce; Qualifications & Job RequirementsMinimum of 2 years B2B inside sales experience Experience making 50+ cold calls a dayHave proven success carrying and exceeding a sales quotaAbility to persuade and influence key decision makers via virtual sales presentationsExperience using a CRM or data management system to assist in the sale process Preferred Attributes & QualificationsExperience selling Digital Solutions (Websites, SEO/SEM, paid search)Self-motivated and driven to achieve a quotaAbility to negotiate pricing Excellent relationship building skillsComfortable working in a face-paced team environmentDesire to learn and take directionExcellent follow-up/follow-through skillsExceptional customer service skills We seek individuals with the ability to demonstrate time management, telephone sales skills and knowledge of CDK products and services (training provided).
