Major International Manufacturer seeks a talented and experience Administrative Assistant with background in Marketing and Sales to report to the President/CEO as well as additional Managers within the company. Calendar/Schedule Management Running reports using SAP-MUST HAVE SAP EXPERIENCE Reviewing contracts Domestic and International Travel Arrangements Meeting Coordination and Project coordination management Responsible for processes and procedures as well as assigned task and projects Coordinate Trade Shows and organize expos Support Sales presentations for Sales Team Event planning for in-house luncheons and corporate dinners Additional responsibilities requested by President/CEO Back-up for Executive Assistant and Sales Analyst Administrative functions such as ordering business cards, expense reports Meet and greet visitors and international management Reviewing of contracts and modifying sales contracts SAP a MUST, Strong Microsoft Suite, Lotus Notes a plus, Associates Degree a must/Bachelors a Plus 3 years manufacturing experience
