The role is a unique combination of sales and technology. The chosen person will have a strong Technical Sales background, comfortable with working in global sales environment. He/she should have strong customer facing skills with internal regional stakeholder management. He/she should be comfortable working in a global time-zone and leading a global team.. The person must be a go-getter in achieving quarterly and yearly sales targets for Adobe DX licenses (ACV, renewals, RBOB etc). 1. Leading a global shared services (pre-sales) team for WW sales org with a team of 150 strong consultants. 2. Work closely with the regional Solution Consulting (SC) leadership team globally in understanding their needs. 3. Define processes, services and tools that would accelerate pre-sales and help close deals faster. 4. Having experience building and running a strong team with focus on sales numbers.. 5. Build, motivate & nurture a technically strong global team that can support all aspects of technical sales - POCs, Demos, RFx, Business Cases, Customer Journeys etc. 6. Build a culture of innovation and execution excellence. Lead from the front. 7. Strong stakeholder management with regular check-ins. 8. Support in defining strategy for global pre-sales organization, develop KPIs, best practices and provide necessary pre-sales support. What you need to succeed:. * Strong pre-sales background with experience focused exclusively on the digital space. Experience on Adobe DX is an added advantage. * Outstanding executive presence and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to engage C-level executives. * Experience building, leading, and mentoring a high performing global team. * High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb new concepts quickly. * B. Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent work experience. * Understanding of digital marketing best practices. * A passion for solving problems. * 20+ years relevant work experience.
